  • OHV/ATV enthusiasts in Central Florida will find miles of trails within the 2,600 acre Croom Motorcycle Area (CMA) at Withlacoochee State Forest.
  • Open seven days a week, CMA offers something for every rider in the family, including a training area and young rider area. Spend the day or try out our campground for longer stays.
  • The acquisition of two dozer units in 2012 to groom and grade trails will make entry level riding more enjoyable. But don’t worry… we’re leaving miles and miles of natural rough throughout the park for those that like a challenge.
  • For wildlife watchers, Croom is home to a population of White Piebald Deer (sometimes called the Ghost Deer). Other wildlife species to look for include Wild Turkey, Bobcat, Gopher Tortoise, Coyote, Bald Eagle, Hawk, Falcon, Owl, Raccoon, Virginia Opossum, and White Tailed Deer.

Amenities

There are two Day Use Areas as well as a campground. Daily fee for pavilion (by reservation).
